Buyer questions
When should I choose full-deck transport?
Check the target vehicle’s condition and towing instructions. Full-deck transport may be appropriate when its wheels should stay off the road during recovery.
Are deck capacity and winch pull the same rating?
Deck payload describes the carried load; winch pull describes pulling duty. Check each rating separately.
How can I check whether a vehicle will fit the flatbed?
Tyre positions, restraints and the complete loading path also matter. A vehicle fitting the parked deck may still need a different loading arrangement.
Is a wheel lift included?
Check for a wheel lift in the selected equipment schedule. It is not automatically included with a flatbed.
Does an unloaded deck test confirm carrying capacity?
An unloaded test shows deck movement but does not verify carrying capacity. Request the agreed loading records separately.
What belongs in the packing inventory?
Identify ramps, loose recovery tools and any wheel-lift accessories. Use completed truck dimensions when agreeing carrier handling.
