How much horizontal reach is available at working height?
Check the required work positions on the selected boom’s working envelope. The stated height and basket capacity do not tell you the outreach available at every load.
Is a telescopic platform electrically insulated?
If electrical protection is required, specify it separately and request supporting records. A telescopic boom is not necessarily insulated.
Why do obstacles along the boom path matter?
The boom needs clearance throughout its movement. A clear final basket position does not mean the full path is clear.
Can a motion test count as an insulation test?
A motion test checks function, not electrical insulation. If electrical protection is ordered, it needs separate verification.
Which measurements should the carrier receive?
Provide actual stowed height and overhang for the completed truck. Base-chassis dimensions do not describe the installed platform.
