Brand, manufacturing and contracting entities
KEEYAK is the international special-vehicle brand operated by Zhejiang Jingyan Technology Co., Ltd., not a separate legal entity.
KEEYAK vehicles are produced at Zhejiang Jingyan Technology Co., Ltd.’s own special-vehicle factory in Suizhou, Hubei, China. The Suizhou factory’s special-vehicle manufacturing experience dates to 2009. This is the factory’s manufacturing history, not the founding date of the brand or its operator.
The manufacturing relationship is stated by the company. Historical certificate holders are not used to identify a current manufacturing legal entity or establish property ownership. The contracting, payment and export entity is identified in the project quotation, proforma invoice or sales contract.
