Buyer questions

Which repair functions are included in a workshop truck?

Welding, lifting and diagnostics are not automatically included. Define the repairs first and identify each required system in the quotation.

Why specify tools that will run together?

Size the power or air supply for the tools that need to run at the same time. An inventory alone does not confirm they can all operate together.

Which workshop systems need their own commissioning checks?

Each specified specialist system needs its own checks. Testing the generator does not commission the welder, compressor or lifting attachment.

Should spare parts count in the payload review?

Stocked parts add carried mass alongside tools and machines. Include intended stock when defining the completed workshop load.

How should I check loose tools at handover?

Use a numbered inventory for tools and separately packed supplies. Connect delivered items with the agreed repair scope.

What contents need transport agreement?

Identify cylinders, oils and batteries and agree their treatment with the carrier. Do not leave these contents implicit in the workshop description.
