Plan the checks that connect the finished vehicle to its approved specification: identity, installed equipment, functional tests and handover documents.

A photograph shows visible condition. A useful inspection record also identifies what was checked, how it was checked and the result. Agree the inspection scope before the visit or remote review.

Four parts of the review

Identity and scope:

match the chassis, body and major equipment with the specification revision. Confirm installed items, loose equipment and labels.

Functional checks:

agree safe test conditions and acceptance criteria for the selected systems. Identify the witness and the measurement record required.

Exception closure:

record each deviation, its effect, the responsible party and the action needed before release.

Handover records:

reconcile results, manuals, inventory and outstanding actions with the identified vehicle.

What a useful test record contains

A test record should identify the vehicle, equipment and specification revision, along with the date and witness. It should explain the method, operating conditions and acceptance criteria, list the instruments and readings, and record the result, including any exception or repeat check.

If a required check cannot be completed at the factory, record where it will happen, who is responsible and what evidence is needed. A visual demonstration should not be treated as proof of a rated value without the relevant setup and measurements.

The factory photograph provides manufacturing context, not a witnessed inspection result.

Close exceptions before release

Keep the original observation, agreed corrective action and closure evidence together. If an action remains open, record its owner and release condition rather than hiding it in a message thread.

Certificate records

Read the holder, scope, issue date, expiry date and status of each source document. Historical certificates remain under their named holders in the Public Evidence Registry; they do not establish current Zhejiang Jingyan certification or factory ownership.

Before accepting the vehicle

Confirm the current specification and inspection results, close or document exceptions, reconcile equipment and loose items, and agree the manuals and remaining destination-side work. Medical vehicle acceptance does not itself establish clinical approval.

Buyer questions

Does a certificate cover every supplied vehicle?

Check the named holder, product or system scope, validity and applicability to the selected configuration. Do not infer coverage from a logo or document thumbnail.

Can factory and destination checks be different?

Yes. Record which checks are included before dispatch and which must be arranged at the destination. Agree responsibility for the remaining work.
