Do I need a final chassis model?

No. Begin with the mission, destination, load and access constraints. State any chassis preference separately from a mandatory requirement.

When is my enquiry sent?

Your enquiry is sent after you complete the required fields, accept the privacy notice, pass the security check and select Send inquiry. Wait for the confirmation on the page. If sending cannot be confirmed, contact us by email rather than submitting repeatedly.

Is the Hangzhou address the factory?

No. It is the published office address. Discuss the location and arrangements separately before planning a factory visit.
