Information you send with an inquiry
Selecting Send inquiry emails the completed form to contact@keeyakrescue.com through Cloudflare Email Service. It includes your vehicle requirements and destination, your name and phone number, and any company or email details you choose to provide. The message also includes the page URL, any selected project record and a submission ID so the team can identify your enquiry.
KEEYAK uses these details to reply and discuss the proposed vehicle. The site has no account registration, file upload or payment collection. Form drafts stay in browser memory until you submit, reload or leave the page. They are not saved in browser storage or a separate inquiry database; submitted messages are handled as email correspondence.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. To deliver pages and protect the service, it may process your IP address and requested URLs, along with browser details and security events. Its privacy policy explains its processing and retention practices. This website does not set a separate retention period for Cloudflare network data.
Security checks, cookies and analytics
Cloudflare Turnstile checks form requests to limit automated abuse. The service processes browser and network signals; the server validates the security token and uses the request IP address for abuse prevention. Inquiry emails do not include that IP address or security token.
The public website uses Umami Cloud for website traffic measurement. Your browser loads its analytics script to record visits. We do not add names, email addresses, phone numbers or inquiry text to analytics events.
The website application does not set advertising cookies or save form entries in local storage. Cloudflare, Umami and external communication services process technical information under their own privacy terms.
Email and WhatsApp
Messages sent to contact@keeyakrescue.com are delivered to the mailbox designated by the KEEYAK administrator. Cloudflare and the receiving email provider process the messages for delivery. Email and WhatsApp links open separate services with their own privacy practices.
Send only the contact and project details needed for your enquiry. Do not include patient records or other sensitive personal information.
Retention and privacy requests
We handle inquiry emails as business correspondence. How long they are retained depends on the enquiry and subsequent project records, as well as applicable obligations. The website does not apply an automatic mailbox deletion schedule.
To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, email contact@keeyakrescue.com with the relevant message or inquiry ID. We assess requests against the records held and applicable obligations. We will update this notice if additional tracking or data collection is enabled.
