Inquiry forms and contact details
When you select Send inquiry, the website sends your vehicle requirements, destination, name, phone number and any optional company or email details to contact@keeyakrescue.com through Cloudflare Email Service. The page URL, any selected project record and a submission ID are included so the team can understand your enquiry.
KEEYAK uses this information to respond to your request and discuss the proposed vehicle. There is no account registration, file upload or payment collection. Draft entries remain in browser memory until you submit, reload or leave the page; the website does not save them in browser storage or a separate inquiry database. Submitted messages are handled as email correspondence.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Requests may involve processing technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and security events to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare describes its processing and retention practices in its privacy policy. This website does not specify a separate retention period for Cloudflare network data.
Security checks, cookies and analytics
Cloudflare Turnstile checks form requests to limit automated abuse. The service processes browser and network signals; the server validates the security token and uses the request IP address for abuse prevention. Inquiry emails do not include that IP address or security token.
The public website uses Umami Cloud for website traffic measurement. Your browser loads its analytics script to record visits. We do not add names, email addresses, phone numbers or inquiry text to analytics events.
The website application does not set advertising cookies or save form entries in local storage. Cloudflare, Umami and external communication services process technical information under their own privacy terms.
Email handling and other contact channels
Messages addressed to contact@keeyakrescue.com are delivered to the mailbox designated by the KEEYAK administrator. Cloudflare and the receiving email provider process the message to deliver it. Email and WhatsApp links use those separate communication services and their privacy practices. Include only the contact and project information needed for your enquiry; do not send patient records or other sensitive personal information.
Retention and privacy requests
Inquiry emails form part of the business correspondence used to handle your request. Retention depends on the enquiry, subsequent project records and applicable obligations; the website does not apply a separate automatic mailbox deletion schedule.
