Prepare the inspection documents
Bring the latest signed specification, approved drawings, option schedule and agreed inspection plan to the vehicle. Everyone involved needs to check the same revision before deciding whether the vehicle meets the agreed requirements.
List the vehicle and major equipment identities before functional testing begins. This connects the observations, photographs and results to the actual chassis, body and installed systems.

- Record every deviation with an owner and release status
Witness the specified functions
Before inspection, agree the setup and load for each witnessed function, along with the instruments, test duration and pass criteria. Acceptance requires test results; a catalogue rating alone cannot establish that the vehicle passed.
Pump flow and pressure, boom reach, recovery load, electrical output, drainage duty, medical-system checks and command-system interfaces require different methods. Record how each test was performed and what was measured, as well as whether it passed.
Resolve exceptions and complete the handover
Classify each exception by its effect on release, assign an owner and record the agreed closure evidence. A photograph can support closure, but it should not replace a required measurement, certificate or repeated functional check.
Link the final inspection record, manuals, certificates, inventories, demonstrations and open actions to the finished vehicle. Adapt the downloadable checklist to the signed project scope rather than treating it as a universal acceptance standard.
